Please read the terms and conditions before requesting a commission.Updated: 27th December 2021General
- Any type of humanoid character (fandom or original character).
- No mecha.
- If you're not sure if your character makes the cut, just throw us an inquiry in the order form.
- Safe for work only.
- Personal use only. We will not take commercial requests.
- Since it is personal use, you can post your commissions to your social accounts or use for your avatars and emotes, and with credit would be awesome.
- Our process is first come first serve.
- We reserve the right to refuse commissions.Pricing
- Commissions are all in USD. There will be Paypal fees of 4.4% + 0.30 added on the total.
- If your commission involves all text references (and not image references) then an extra USD $10 will be added onto the total.
- Payment is upfront and done through Paypal.
- After an invoice is sent, if payment is not received within 48 hours, the commission is considered canceled.
- You cannot apply for a refund once you have paid the invoice. Refunds only occur if we are unable to deliver the product due to external reasons (we will discuss this).
- An extra charge might be incurred if the design is very detailed or complex. This could also occur if you also mention it during the post-draft edits (more info on the processes below)Ordering and process
- You will fill in the order form.
- We'll get back to you through your preferred means of contact.
- Once agreed upon, we'll send you an invoice for the full payment.
- Once we receive payment, we'll get to work! We'll take you through the process (draft process and post-draft process), and once done, we'll send you the final product through Google Drive.
- Any additional costs incurred after this payment during the process will be a new invoice (including additional Paypal fees).Further info
- After the draft process: You are allowed up to 3 edits during the post-draft process. Any additional edits will incur an extra charge.
- For animated commissions: Note that some of the detail may be simplified during the design as these are in GIF format, so the compression is lossy.
